Terms and Conditions

- The police has a tight control on illegal parking around the festival grounds and has a zero tolerance policy on the use of drugs. Prevent unnecessary fees by following the rules and procedures of safety personnel (police, security, parking assistance).

- If illegitimacies are identified (fake tickets, wristband fraud, climbing the fences), firm action will be taken and you will be handed over to the local police.

- Do you have problems with or questions about your wristband? On the festival terrain: report at the entrance staff. Outside the festival terrain: report at the cash desk. Do not pass the entrance with a broken wristband (even for repairing it). This will be regarded as fraud.

- Wristbands need to be around your wrist during the whole visit of the festival terrain. The security might ask you to show your wristband during the festival.

- Performances on WiSH Outdoor take place on different stages and areas. If a tent is full, admission will be prohibited.

- Alcoholic beverages are served to visitors starting at an age of 16. If staff doubts about your age, they have the possibility to ask for your id.

- It is not allowed to smoke inside the tents.

- Racist, fascist and/or nationalistic behavior will not be tolerated.

- Wearing clothing of a specific soccer club is not permitted.

- Political expressions in any shape or form are not permitted.

- The organization reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival site at all times.

- The organization reserves the right to change the festival policies at all times.

- Animals, alcohol, bottles, cans and glass may not be brought onto the festival site.

- Drugs are prohibited! A strict body search will be conducted at the entrance gates. If a person in found to posses or deal in drugs in any way, he or she will be fined and arrested by the police.

- The organization reserves the right to record people (both on film and on audiotape) who attend the festival. No compensation, financial or otherwise, will be offered.

- Persons who attend the festival site agrees to be searched at the entrance.

- Weapons are prohibited! The organization will take possession of all objects, which could be used as weapons.

- Unless prior written permission of the organization is obtained, commercial enterprise on and around the festival site is prohibited.

- The organization reserves the right to alter date, time, the program and/or the location of festival.

- Sound systems will not be admitted to the festival site.

- Visiting the festival is entirely at the risk of the persons attending.

- The organization is not responsible for any damage to the festival visitors or their possessions.

- It is forbidden to bring any recording device, wether audio or visual, into the festival site.

- At events with music amplification hearing damages might occur. The organization takes no responsibility for this.

- Persons who misbehave in any kind of way will be immediately removed.

- Distributing flyers or hanging posters near the festival terrain is forbidden, unless this has been approved by the organization.

Terms of tickets:

- Outdoor WiSH the values ​​solidarity, diversity, solidarity and freedom in the high esteem. We want to share this vision with others. We therefore invite the visitor these values ​​to respect and to honor the festival site.

- Purchased tickets are strictly personal and not transferable. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband before entering the festival area. It is therefore not possible to map a combination of Saturday and Sunday two different people within order. Purchased tickets can not be reversed.

- The program is subject to change. When not accompanied by one or more acts can cards are not returned. Efforts will be a replacement program to offer.

- The organizer has the right to move or cancel the event. In the case of transfer or cancellation, the organization at the request or the entrance fee but not the reservation fee refunded.
